Elle-de-Vardo: The Showman's Wagon

Immerse yourself under Sisland’s big skies and stargaze up at the night sky letting Elle-de-Vardo capture your heart. This inviting Showman’s Wagon was traditionally hand-built by Norfolk Craftsmen and was refurbished in 2020. It now occupies the perfect position nestled amongst fruit trees in the orchard.

Key Features

Inside Elle-de-Vardo, ingenious use has been made of the available space. From a pull-out dining table to under-seat storage – each piece of furniture has been custom built with the wagon in mind. Small, but perfectly formed.

Elle-de-Vardo offers you the best of both worlds as it is booked in collaboration with Orchard Barn – meaning that you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (complete with ‘fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher). Alternatively nothing could be better than al-fresco dining surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

The Showman’s Wagon has a single bed which can be extended into a double. There are fully opening windows on all four sides allowing you to enjoy a very different sort of caravan holiday as the Barn Owl flies over on its way home.

A contemporary shower-room with a large, luxurious walk-in shower is available in Orchard Barn for you to use.

Outdoor Space

Situated in an orchard with apple, pear and plum trees, there’s plenty of outdoor space. Access to the patio of Orchard Barn with its large wooden log cabin gazebo means you can enjoy outside space a little longer into the evenings. The luxury lounge suites and dining tables give plenty of seating areas and there’s also a pizza oven/barbeque and wood-burner available.

Elle-de-Vardo and Orchard Barn have 4G Wi-Fi throughout should you wish to keep in contact with the outside world. Please bear in mind that Sisland is a rural village and Wi-Fi speeds and reliability may not be as consistent as in urban areas.

Unfortunately, Elle-de-Vardo is unsuitable for dogs.

There is plenty of parking for up to three cars outside Orchard Barn,
